Sept 18, 2026 - In a recent podcast, TCHS '76 Committee Spokesman Matthew Byers was asked if the threat of El Nino, was considered in the selection of Oct. 2-4, for the dates for the reunion. Here's what he had to say.
"Absolutely! Back in our day, walking uphill to school with 2 feet of snow could have happened, as far as you know. Winter temps have been known to dip well into the 60's and no one wants to stumble out of The Crest Bar at 2 am when it's chilly. October is perfect".
