Remember your all-night party after graduation?

The class of 1966 traveled by train down to San Diego. We probably climbed aboard at the passenger station in Alhambra, but I can't say for sure. All I recall about the trip was playing pinball machines in the Coronado Hotel with a bunch of the guys (probably Dennis Beveridge, Mike Lannom, and others). I was too shy to mingle with the girls, which (now that I think back upon it) is rather sad, because our class had some real lookers!

We went to the Pico Rivera train station to get the train.
I remember those all night parties with fond memories because - for the class of 1966 all night party, I was only a sophomore but I was the lead guitar in the band (The Lighterside) that played in the train boxcar going down to San Diego and coming back. I remember playing in that boxcar coming home at about 3-4AM in the morning, it was a lot of fun.
We also played in the boxcar for the class of 1967 all-night party to San Diego too. So by the time I graduated in 1968 and we went down to San Diego it wasn't a big deal anymore like it was for the rest of my classmates.
I do remember though the Del Coronado Hotel and that cool game room that they had.
